ANYTHING INTERESTING HAPPENING AT YOUR CLUB !
PLEASE LET US KNOW.
NOTTINGHAM CITY COUNCIL.
Nottingham City Council has launched its own scheme called 'Nottingham's Respect in Football' to run alongside the F.A.'s 'Respect' initiative.
It includes posters in changing rooms warning teams they will not be allowed to book Council pitches if they misbehave and respect lines marked on City parks, to keep spectators, substitutes and coaches back from the playing area.
The Council is set to monitor teams to deter or deal with any bad behaviour. The Council will use 'acceptable behaviour contracts' and injunctions where repeat offenders fail to show respect to fellow players, the Referee and others.
Other Councils in Notts are marking out designated spectator areas but Nottingham is the first, so far, to follow this up with sanctions. We expect the others to follow the City's lead in due course.
RADFORD FC.
The League would like to extend it's best wishes to Cameron Davidson, who played for Radford FC. Cameron has won a football scholarship to Fayetteville Academy in North Carolina, where he will also finish his education. He flew out to America on the 25th June and is settling in nicely with his host family for a two year stay, after which, if all goes well, he could move on to a four year College course.
Good Luck Cameron!

KEYWORTH UNITED.
As from the 1st February ground development begins at Keyworth United's ground at Platt Lane, when unfortunatly they will lose 50% of their car park for a period of 28 weeks. Visiting clubs are asked where possible to share transport and reduce the risk of major parking problems on Platt Lane. For those who will be lucky and manage to park in the ground Keyworth ask that they park with consideration for others to maximise the use of the parking area.
Thankyou for your co-operation.
ARNOLD TOWN.
Sven Goran Ericksson performed the opening ceremony for Arnold Town's magnificent new home 'Eagle Valley'. We are sure that everyone who plays there will enjoy the first class facilities on offer. Sven could not perform any keepie uppies on the day, however, as he was swamped by autograph hunters!
